Ten Mile Drain/PCB InvestigationNOTICE: the US
Environmental Protection Agency (the EPA) will brief City Council at 6 PM on
Monday, February 6th (prior to the regularly scheduled City Council
meeting) on the ABC’s of the Superfund Process, and specifically on details of
the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act. They
will discuss the steps that the Site team working on the ongoing PCB cleanup
project of the 10 Mile Drain are required to follow under this Act from both a
technical and community involvement perspective.
