Looking for a gym that offers industrial fitness equipment at an affordable rate? We offer you a gym without hidden fees. It's only the cost of a yearly Senior Center Membership.

Monday thru Thursday's the fitness room is open from 7:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. On Friday's the fitness room is open from 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Line Dancing

Enita Hass has been a dedicated choreographer and dance instrctor for over 30 years. Her passion for teaching dance includes Ballet, Lyrical, Jazz, Tap and Line Dancing. Known for her creativity and constant enthusiasm, Ms. Hass makes it her priority to encourage each and every dancer to shine. She is an active member of the National Dance Association and dancer with The Hooked on Country Line Dancing Performing Demo Team! She and her husband, Art, live with two amazing cats: Rocky and Shiloh. In her spare time she loves to sew, read and play with her grandchildren.

Tuesdays 1:00pm $5 drop in fee

Chair and Mat Yoga

Natalee RYT200 is a certified personal and group fitness instructor and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and is currently enrolled in Beaumont Hospital's school of Yoga Therapy for ERYT500 AND IAYT certification. She has studied for over 12 years and has taught locally for the past 12 years. Chair yoga offers an alternative to mat yoga, where all movements are done seated in a chair. The class is for all levels of experience.

Chair Yoga: Monday and Friday 10:00am $3 drop in fee
Mat Yoga: Monday and Friday 4:00pm $3 drop in fee

Tai Chi

Arlene Weatherby, the instructor for Tai Chi, is teaching an ancient Chinese exercise that focuses on moving, meditation, and aids in reducing stress. This class will increase muscle tone, flexibility, and breath control. Arlene started her Tai Chi quest in 1993 to regain her health and give back to others. Her ability to understand what distortions exist in a students understanding that may be unsafe for him/her, adapting the traditional syllabus to individual situations and creating a safe space for everyone are just some of her traits that make her such a great instructor. Tai Chi is designed as a daily maintenance program for people who want to stay healthy, increase muscle strength, balance, flexibility, improve circulation and manage stress.

Zumba Gold

Michelle Sand is our passionate new Zumba gold instructor! She is a licensed Zumba Gold and group fitness instructor and is very passionate to promoting healthy, fun fitness. You don't have to know how to dance, just follow her lead and enjoy the Latin and international music. Each class feels like a party.....exercise in disguise!
