SCS Family Rental Program

Applicants for the St. Clair Shores Family Rental Program must be in accordance with the current HUD Family Size and Income Guidelines and must qualify by being low – moderate income.

This is a federally funded program. Rent is not subsidized by HUD.

The City of St. Clair Shores Family Rental Program is accepting applications for available rental homes. Applicants' incomes must be in accordance with the current HUD Family Size and Income Guidelines by being low to moderate income.
Applications will be accepted from October 1, 2020 at 8:00AM to October 30, 2020 until 4:00PM. All applications must be returned and completed to be considered for the rental unit. Only completed applications will be considered. All required documents must be included with the application. All completed applications must be submitted to the City of St. Clair Shores Community Development Department, located in City Hall at 27600 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores MI 48081.
