About the Group
The St. Clair Shores Goodfellows is a local group of volunteers who try to fulfill our “No Kiddie without a Christmas” mission with our Annual Newspaper Sale. We also collect canned and non-perishable food from our local scout groups and public school food drive.
We purchase food and gift cards with the money collected from the newspaper sale.
For residents that ask for food baskets, we provide turkey, stuffing, potatoes, and 1-3 boxes of canned and non-perishable food.
To apply for gift cards to purchase gifts for their children, applicants must schedule an appointment with us and provide proof of residency, birth certificates, guardianship papers for each child, and proof of income.
Appointments will be scheduled in December at the Central Fire Station.
Starting the day after Thanksgiving, you can call 586-980-0400 for Goodfellows help.
