40th District Court
The 40th District Court is located in St. Clair Shores on Jefferson Ave., across from St. Clair Shores City Hall. They have a 24-hour drop-box for court fees.

Assessor
The Assessing Department is the first link in the property tax revenue chain. The Assessor's responsibility is the discovery, listing, and valuation of all properties within the assessing jurisdiction. The primary purpose of the Assessing Department is to estimate the fair market value, or "true cash value," of all real and personal property located within the City of St. Clair Shores.

City Clerk
The Office of the City Clerk is a primary point of contact for the public and strives to provide the highest quality of service to the community. The City Clerk is keeper of all documents and records pertaining to the city, including ordinances, resolutions, and actions of City Council, as well as administering elections to ensure the integrity of the electoral process.

City Manager's Office
The City Manager's Office is responsible for the executive management of the day-to-day operations of the City of St Clair Shores. The City Manager provides leadership, vision, and direction to all employees to accomplish the goals and objectives of the City Council and our residents.
