Listed below is a summary of protocols required to keep our residents and employees safe:

Visitors to every City facility must wear face coverings, as mandated by Executive Order 2020-97, unless a medical condition prohibits wearing one.

Per state mandate, all facilities will post signage prohibiting visitors from entering the facility if anyone has experienced any of the stated symptoms.

Every building entrance includes a sanitation station requiring employees/guests to sanitize hands upon entry.

Every counter includes a plexiglass barrier between the employee and the visitor.

Visitors should follow the social distancing indicator marks placed in appropriate
areas.

At every facility, designated worksite supervisors will monitor all procedures.
A supervisor is present to ensure that the City is following all procedures and
protocols required.

All facilities will post signage for occupancy limits.

The City established a dedicated entry point(s) to limit congestion. We request that residents use the east entrance (back parking lot) when entering City Hall.

The City upgraded air filtration systems in all facilities.

City staff and our contracted cleaning company disinfect high-touch surfaces
several times throughout the day.

The City trained all employees on the use and importance of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

The City of St Clair Shores takes all necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our residents, visitors, and employees as they conduct business in our facilities.
