Phone Scam Alert from SCS Police Department

...FROM THE SCS POLICE DEPARTMENT:

The St. Clair Shores Police Department has received multiple reports from residents, advising that they have received phone calls from a government agency. These callers are threatening to arrest the resident if they do not send money to a given location. Please be aware that these phone calls are merely an attempt to scam individuals out of money. If you receive a similar call, please do not provide any personal information.
